Ever since middle school, I’ve been creating. I still remember doodling silly illustrations of my teachers in my notebook...little sketches meant to make my classmates laugh. Those early drawings sparked a lifelong love of illustration and comics, and I quickly realized that art could do more than decorate a page; it could bring joy, connection, and a little lightness into the world.

I create because I want to make people laugh and to make stories approachable. Whether I’m crafting a goofy comic or exploring something deeper, I try to present it in a way that’s easy to enjoy, yet still meaningful. I’ve been inspired by ‘Eric the Circle’ since I was very young, and its playful simplicity continues to shape the humor, style, and heart of my work.

What keeps me going is a dream bigger than any canvas or sketchbook: a space where anyone can come to let off steam through art. A place where they can throw paint at a wall, scream their hearts out, and create without fear of judgment. That vision of fearless, joyful expression drives everything I do.

My process is intentionally unconventional. I start with an idea, then push it into the weirdest, most unexpected form I can imagine. I often begin with tools I dislike—utensils that frustrate me—because they help me tap into raw emotion. Right now, acrylic paint is my weapon of choice: stubborn, messy, aggravating, but perfect for turning frustration into energy, movement, and life on the page.

The result is work that’s goofy, unique, and unmistakably inspired by comics. Every illustration I create is part of a bigger mission: to spark laughter, inspire fearless creativity, and remind people that the playful, expressive side of themselves is always worth exploring.
