I am a Toronto-based visual artist whose work blends realism, pop culture, and nostalgia into bold, contemporary compositions. I grew up in Toronto playing soccer and hockey, but creativity was always at the center of my life. From a very young age, I was drawn to painting and visual expression - some of my earliest memories involve recreating Marvel characters, an experience that sparked my fascination with color, imagery, and storytelling. Throughout my childhood and teenage years, I consistently took art classes and excelled creatively, instinctively using art as a way to understand and interpret the world around me.
After high school, I went on to study at Ryerson University, now known as Toronto Metropolitan University, where I continued to develop my artistic foundation. While studying, I supported myself by working as a server and bartender, painting whenever I could in between long shifts and late nights. This period shaped my discipline and work ethic, teaching me how to balance structure with creativity. As I began traveling more frequently, my artistic voice evolved - being exposed to different cultures, architecture, and artistic traditions around the world deeply influenced my work. Each trip left a lasting impression, and I would return home inspired to explore new ideas, palettes, and techniques on canvas.
With the rise of social media, I began sharing my creative process online, offering an inside look into how my work comes to life. My approach and style resonated with a wide audience, and through consistent posting, my videos began gaining significant traction, eventually reaching millions of views. This organic growth allowed me to leave the service industry and pursue art full time. Since transitioning into a full-time practice, I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with major cultural brands, including Rick and Morty, for whom I created a live painting during a season premiere. My work has also been featured in high-profile spaces such as the Four Seasons, and I continue to expand my career through exhibitions, collaborations, and international projects.
Today, my practice is driven by curiosity, experimentation, and a desire to create work that feels both visually striking and emotionally resonant - bridging personal memory with contemporary culture while continuing to evolve alongside my experiences.
